Janice is a founding partner of Providence Wealth Partners LLC and serves as a financial advisor, providing financial planning and wealth advisory services to individuals and families. Her primary focus includes working with traditional and non-traditional couples as well as with professional women to engage them in planning for their financial futures. She also works with people who find themselves “suddenly single” through divorce or death. Janice works hand-in-hand with these individuals as they experience a vulnerable time in their lives. She helps them take control of their finances, form individual goals and implement a plan on how to achieve those goals.
Janice has more than 20 years in the personal financial services industry. Her experience includes working for a local bank’s trust department, offering divorce planning for clients at a legal firm and, most recently, serving as a wealth advisor at a local independent advisory firm.
Janice is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ursuline College. She is the former President of the board of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), has served as a host of the National FPA’s Women & Finance Knowledge Circle, and teaches "Protecting Your Assets in Retirement" in the Encore Program at Cuyahoga Community College.
When she’s not working with clients, Janice enjoys spending her free time outdoors taking daily walks with her two vibrant dogs, supporting her teenage son in his baseball endeavors, reading in her shady front yard or relaxing with her husband of over 20 years at their cabin in the woods in central New York.
