Before joining Envestnet MoneyGuide, Soraya worked within the financial planning industry at various Fee Only firms. Soraya earned a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. She resides in Virginia with her husband and the training team’s mascot, Venus, an energetic lab-mix rescue dog.
During her free time, Soraya can be found volunteering to increase financial literacy within schools and communities, through various nonprofits and faith-based groups in the Richmond, VA area.
