Navigating the Human Element: Integrating Soft Skills through Financial Counseling

When:  Apr 17, 2025 from 12:00 to 13:00 (ET)

The April 2025 Financial Counseling call with AFCPE and FPA will be held on Thursday, April 17th at 12 pm ET.

Guest speaker Sasha Grabenstetter will be presenting, "Navigating the Human Element: Integrating Soft Skills through Financial Counseling."

The psychology of financial planning challenges advisors to consider the planner-client relationship. By leveraging financial counseling’s softer skills, advisors can empower clients to stand on a firmer financial foundation with long-term stability. By focusing on those human elements, advisors can use a personalized and supportive approach to incorporate the counseling side of financial planning into their practice and firms.
