In this knowledge circle you are invited to join us for a virtual workshop on leveraging client feedback to enhance relationships, improve the client experience, and drive business growth.

This session will uncover the strategies and lessons learned by WealthChoice, a leading wealth management firm, through their feedback and client-building process. WealthChoice founder Bridget Grimes will lead the session and will be joined by marketing communications consultant Marie Swift of Impact Communications. Grimes and Swift developed a bespoke client feedback program for WealthChoice. They will share their experience and insights with those who attend.

Bridget Grimes, CFP® has extensive experience working in finance and corporate America. After personally experiencing the barriers women face in the industry, she launched her own firm WealthChoice, a financial planning firm focused on helping women executives and their families. A passionate advocate of women, Bridget co-founded Equita Financial Network, the first platform to solely focus on women-led financial planning firms and designed specifically to support them launch their own practice. A frequent speaker on all things women and money, Bridget is also the author of "Corner Office Choices: The Executive Woman's Guide to Financial Freedom.
