Opportunities with International Life Insurance

Guest speakers Lincoln Erhard and Damien Glennon will be presenting, "Opportunities with International Life Insurance.

Key topics that will covered on the call include:
  • Who is a qualified candidate?  Resident and non-resident foreign nationals, geographic guidelines, financial and situs qualifications, global travel guidelines, etc.
  • What is the opportunity in this market?  Why citizens of other countries look to purchase US life insurance, US insurance mortality rates/pricing, US insurance retention, US policy provisions and contractual guarantees
  • How do we support sale solicitation/administration?  Point-of-Sale support, application support, foreign language interoperation, foreign medical record translation, coordination of authorized policy fiduciaries.

Lincoln began his career in the life insurance industry in 2004. His initial role was with John Hancock’s U.S. Insurance Distribution, working on the creation, implementation and administration of brokerage general agency selling agreements. Lincoln soon developed a strong interest in sales and advanced his career via an internal move at John Hancock to their national life insurance sales support desk, where he learned valuable insight regarding product and the industry, and developed his technical skills.

Damien has been working with the Smith Companies and Capitas Financial since 2002. Damien is a member of their advanced planning department and holds a M.S. degree in Finance as well as a M.S. in Financial Planning from the McCallum Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Finance from Bentley College. Damien is a Chartered Financial Consultant as well as Chartered Life Underwriter.
