In this Knowledge Circle guest speaker Chaya Biskin-Sitko, Esq. will give insight into how having wills in multiple countries plays out post-mortem. She will highlight potential problem areas to be aware of and plan around and will providfe practical information about what to do when a client passes away abroad.

​Chaya R. Biskin-Sitko is the founder of Biskin-Sitko Law PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in estate planning (domestic and international), estate administration, fiduciary litigation, estate tax return preparation and audit representation. She received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Chaya is also a self-professed tax nerd and enthusiastic traveler with her long-suffering husband, and three amazing mini humans.
