Investing with the Insiders

Guest speaker David Miller will be presenting, "Investing with the Insiders."

Extensive data supports that insider buying can be a powerful indicator for investors.  David Miller and Charles Ashley managers of the Catalyst Insider Income Fund (IIXIX) recently came out with a book called the "Insider Income Investors Guide" that details how insider buying data can be used to the benefit of bond investors.  

Learning Objectives:  Investors can learn how to use SEC filings of insiders to make smarter investment decisions.  

David Miller is Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Senior Portfolio Manager of Catalyst Capital Advisors LLC and Rational Funds Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
