A highly sought-after speaker and coach, Elizabeth Suárez is dedicated to helping professionals unleash their potential by transforming them into skilled negotiators and decision makers. As the daughter of immigrants, she understands first-hand the importance of hard work and perseverance in achieving success. After climbing the ranks of corporate America, she authored the bestseller book The Art of Getting Everything and launched Negotiation Unleashed – a coaching and training platform for professionals.

Elizabeth holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University. She completed the Executive Management Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is a graduate of the prestigious National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) program, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership in Denver. She received her mediation training from the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association. In addition, Elizabeth is a certified MBTI practitioner.

Elizabeth is renowned for being a speaker and coach who can address complex and sensitive issues with respect, humor and frankness. Her straightforward approach inspires audiences to take action and implement what they have learned to make a difference in their lives.

Through her book, media interviews and presentations around the country, Elizabeth has inspired hundreds of women to advocate for themselves and negotiate successfully for what they want in their professional and personal lives.

Elizabeth spent many years mentoring young professionals and serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. She lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter, where she enjoys experiencing nature and dancing Bomba with a local Puerto Rican cultural dance ensemble.
