By using a “Lunch and Learn” meeting format, this session will provide attendees with the tools needed to establish and sustain a workplace peer-to-peer support group amongst Financial Practitioners. Attendees will learn about the successes and challenges of creating and sustaining a peer-to-peer support
group for Financial Coaches working within a Nationwide Financial Coaching Program.
By the end of this webinar, participants will have the tools to:
-Build a solution-based platform for practicing Financial Practitioners to support one another
-Create a structure that allows Financial Practitioners to voice concern to organizational leadership
through collective discussion
