We all dream of being able to take an extended vacation or a break to be with our families, travel, rest and rejuvenate.  The reality for most business owners is that most of us don’t feel we can get away and totally unplug and still have a business that’s intact and growing.  Join us as we hear from Lisa A.K. Kirchenbauer, President of Omega Wealth Management, LLC in Arlington, Virginia as she shares what it took to take her second 6 week sabbatical in 6 years, coming back to a business with new clients and even more opportunity than when she left.  Lisa will talk about how she prepared herself and her team, lessons learned from the most recent experience, and why she thinks it is critical that all business owners work towards building a Team and business that can allow the owner(s) to take time away from the business, while also providing for better continuity and succession planning in the future.
