Estate Planning War Stories: What Went Wrong and Why

The December 2019 Tax & Estate Planning Knowledge Circle will be held on Tuesday, December 17th at 2 pm ET.

Knowledge Circle host Mark Prendergast and guest speaker Curtis Kaiser will be presenting, "Estate Planning War Stories: What Went Wrong and Why."

Curtis and Mark will review estate problems that have occurred in their practices because clients failed to do estate planning, or they relied on unqualified professionals.  The first 20-30 minutes will be Curtis and Mark sharing, and the remainder of the time open for the Participants to share their own War Stories.  It will be a learning experience based on:

  • What went wrong
  • Why it happened
  • What could have been done to avoid the problem
